August 19, 2024 –
Buffalo Grove, Illinois (suburb of Chicago, population 44,000) has passed a proclamation/resolution condemning declawing and urging the IL State Legislation to pass a statewide declaw ban. The Paw Project thanks the trustees of Buffalo Grove, particularly Trustee Denice Bocek. Special thanks to The Humane Society of the United States – Illinois State Director Marc A.
