    Dr. Ron Gaskin

    Dr. Ron Gaskin is Director of Paw Project-Minnesota.

    Graduating from the University of Minnesota Veterinary College in 1983, Dr. Gaskin first practiced in a mixed large and small animal practice. In 1988, he opened his own small animal practice in Prior Lake, Minnesota. A year later he moved the practice to its current location in Shakopee, Minnesota.

    Dr. Gaskin is a member of the Minnesota Veterinary Medical Association, the American Veterinary Medical Association, the American Veterinary Dental Society, and the American Association of Feline Practitioners.

    Dr. Gaskin’s latest achievement has been completing and publishing his research on declaw damage and salvage surgery. The research is open-published by the Journal of Feline Medicine and Surgery and is available here. Dr. Gaskin shares his home with one rescued cat, Rosy.
